Mark Wilson Honored As Hero In U. S. House Of Representatives
Congressman Louie Gohmert of District 1 in Texas, gave a five-minute speech on the floor of the U. S. House of Representatives Wednesday night, honoring Mark Wilson of Tyler as a hero. Gohmert said Mark, as a member of the Navy, had sworn to defend the nation against enemies, foreign and domestic. This time, Mark gave his life defending against a domestic enemy.
Congressman Gohmert also asked for thoughts and prayers for Sherman Dollison, the Smith County deputy shot four times in Thursday's shooting. Dollison remains in critical condition in a local hospital.
