The suspect, identified as Roger Dale Mullins, Jr., age 33, has been charged with murder, and is in the Upshur County Jail on $1 million dollar bond. He is accused of killing Angelia Leeann Mullins, 24.

On Friday night, Angelia Mullins' body was recovered from a residence in Upshur County, after law enforcement responded to a disturbance call in the FM 49 area in western portions of the county.
