University of Texas athletic director Steve Patterson is out of a job after just 22 months. KLTV's Delaney Brey has more on why the Longhorns ultimately decided to pull the trigger.

Some of the problems have to do with the way Patterson tried to raise money for the program. He raised the football ticket prices after last year even though the team had a losing season.
