Livestock no longer welcome

One Alto man doesn't much feel like celebrating what's happened, leading up to the holiday weekend.  The city has changed it's policy regarding livestock and W.G. Adams is concerned about his investments.  Caleb Beames talks to the man who says he's running out of time, after years of living and doing business with one set of rules that has now changed.
