1. can 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1 pkg. 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
three quarters cup of Kraft grated parmesan cheese
three quarters cup Kraft Mayo
one half cup Kraft shredded Mozzarella cheese
one half tsp of garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon into quiche dish. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with Triscut crackers and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
