4 slices bacon, chopped

3/4 C. onion, chopped

4 C. chicken or turkey broth

1 C. celery, chopped

3 C. potatoes, cubed

1 C. whole kernel corn

1 Tbsp. dried parsley

1/4 Tsp. pepper

1/2 Tsp. seasoned Salt

1 1/2 C. milk

3 Tbsp. flour

1 1/2 -2 C. smoked turkey, cubed

Combine chopped, rineless bacon and onion in skillet and saute onion while frying bacon pieces.

In large dutch oven, cook celery, potatoes, corn, parsley, pepper and salt in turkey or chicken broth until potatoes and celery are done. Mix milk and flour together until smooth and then add to dutch oven and stir until slightly thick.Add 1 1/2 cup to 2 C. cubed smoked turkey and sauted bacon and onion. Simmer, stirring often, 5 to 7 minutes. If mixture should get too thick, add small amounts of milk to thin down.
