Whitehouse Repeats As Wagstaff Classic Champions

The Whitehouse Wildcats led by seventeen points in the third quarter of their Wagstaff Holiday Classic Championship game against Bullard, and withstood a furious rally by the Panthers to win, 49-44.

Whitehouse's Luke Shivers was named MVP of the tournament, held annually at Tyler Junior College. Shivers led all scorers with 19 points.

This is the second year in a row for Whitehouse to win the tournament, and their third year to reach the finals.
