Chocolate Amaretto Cake With Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients:
¼ cup Amaretto
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped in chunks heat the cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Method:
1.Add the chocolate, stirring, until it's melted and smooth.
2.Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Tropical Orange Sunrise Cake With White Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
½ pound white chocolate (bark)
Method:
1.Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
2.Add the chocolate, stirring until it’s melted and smooth.
3.Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
4.Poor on plate (red works great!) place slice of orange cake on top.
Fancy Fudge Pecan Pie
Method:
1.Use Eilenberger’s Fudge Pecan Pie dallup with whip cream add chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top and around the plate.
Cream-Cheese & Apricot Spread
Method:
1.Use one package of cream cheese and pour apricot spread (or any flavor you like) over the cream-cheese and serve.
2.Spread over crackers or toasted bagels
