For those who love the traditions of winter and the holidays, but miss the snow and ice, theres a place in Marshall that is offering a "winter" treat. At the old courthouse square, ice skaters are again a familiar site. The tradition started years ago, and each thanksgiving the city sets up the rink as part of their holiday celebration.
The rink is open to the public daily until 11:30 at night, and will be in operation until December 31st.
