In The Kitchen: Banana Banana Pudding Cake

Ingredients:
1 cake yellow mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
2 large mashed bananas
1 tsp. Banana flavored extract
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 box instant banana pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 cup chopped pecans

Method:
1.Mix first 7 ingredients on high speed for 3 minutes.
2.Pour into 3 9' round pans.
3.Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
4.Remove from oven and let cool until room temperature.
5.Mix banana pudding and milk.
6.Refrigerate for one hour.
7.Layer banana pudding between and on top of cake layers.
8.Sprinlke with pecans.
