A Tyler man, hospitalized after being shot multiple times Tuesday morning, could now face drug charges.
26-year old Darrell Gibson was shot at his home in the 2200 block of Vernon Avenue in Tyler. Police said when they searched Gibson's home they found several ounces of crack cocaine and more than 400 ecstasy pills.
Police said they also found drug paraphernalia and more than $6,000.
Gibson could be charged with felony aggravated possession of a controlled substance. It carries a sentence of 10 years to life in prison.
