Law limiting what photos someone can take of you struck down

A new ruling from the highest criminal court in Texas could have a direct affect on the case of an East Texas man who pleaded guilty to 'improper photography' for taking photos of women outside a Tyler fitness center.  This changes a law designed to protect you from people taking photos of you in public places to use for sexual gratification.  What's next when it comes to protecting you and your family from this type of behavior?  Holly Gonzalez talks with East Texas prosecutors about the ramifications of this court ruling.
