Cowboys Wide Receiver In East Texas

Cowboys wide receiver Randal Williams was in Tyler today signing autographs at the new Super Walmart at 64 West and Loop 323. Williams says he is more than happy to make the trip to East Texas to personally thank the fans for sticking by the team. And, he echoed head coach Bill Parcells optimism that an 8-8 record could equal a postseason berth.

"The feeling around the locker room is nobody is giving up hope just yet," said Williams.  "If we win some more games, ans some teams lose some games, we still have a shot and until the fat lady sings we're going to go out there every week and give it our all and we'll just see what happens at the end."

Of their final five games, the Cowboys play all conference teams, three of which are involved in this same playoff scenario. So, assuming the cowboys can't beat Philadelphia, Mondays game in Seattle looms large.
