Texas Parks and Wildlife Conservation (Largemouth Bass) License Plate
Bass fishing in the Lone Star State is some of the finest in the country. The number and size of largemouths that inhabit our many lakes, rivers and ponds is legendary. And now you can help preserve that tradition. By purchasing a Texas Parks and Wildlife Largemouth Bass conservation license plate, you'll be supporting Texas 's favorite freshwater sport fish and its future.
Two plates issued to passenger cars or light trucks. A fee of $30 is charged in addition to the regular registration fee and other applicable fees. The TxDOT department shall deposit $22 of each fee collected to the credit of the Texas Parks and Wildlife capital account, established by Section 11.043, Parks and Wildlife Code. Of each fee received, the department shall use $8 to defray its administrative costs. The department shall credit 50 cents from its administrative costs to the county treasurer of the applicable county.

Instructions for Downloading Forms
Most forms are provided in both PDF and Microsoft Word Template 2000 (.dot) formats. PDF documents may be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
For PDF Format
Click on the PDF file you wish to download. File will open in PDF Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, free downloads are available at Adobe Acrobat Reader.
For Word Format
1. Click on the .DOT file you wish to download. You will be given the option to save the document to the directory (folder) of your choice. Once you have chosen a directory the file will be download to your computer with an .EXE extension.
2. Open Windows Explorer (File Manager) and double click on the downloaded .EXE file. The .EXE file will be unzipped and appear as a .DOT file in the same folder.
3. You can then open the .DOT file through Windows Explorer or MS Word.
To obtain a faxed copy of a form, call toll free 1-888-232-7033 and enter the correct fax form number and a return fax number when prompted.
Any fax form presented for processing must be legible and complete. Original Signatures are required on application forms. The Texas DOT will not accept an application received by fax.
