Woman attempted to shoplift from Kohl's, then hit cars as she fled scene

LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) -

Longview police say that they have identified the main suspect in an attempted robbery at Kohl's in Longview on Thursday.

According to police, the suspect in the surveillance photos appeared to be pregnant and was trying to shoplift baby clothes before being intercepted by the store's loss prevention employee in the parking lot. The hand seen in the photos is that of the loss prevention officer.

The stolen items were recovered from the suspect's purse. A struggle ensued, ending when the suspect fled in her car. As she fled the scene, her car  hit two parked vehicles.

No arrests have been made yet, and the names of the suspects have not been released.
