KINGFISHER COUNTY, OK (KLTV) - Sheriff's officials in Oklahoma have issued an Amber Alert on Thursday for a 5-month-old girl they believe was taken by two women believed to be headed for Texas.

Officials with the Kingfisher County Sheriff's Office
say Olivia Smith is missing from Cashion, OK in Kingfisher County, which is about 50 miles northwest of Oklahoma City. Authorities believe she was taken by Cindy Finley, 47, and Jennifer Skousen, 43.

Police say Finley has a mental condition and made comments about having a vision of Olivia dying in two days.

Both suspects are Caucasian women. Sheriff's officials say Smith was last seen wearing a pink and gray floral shirt. Photos of the suspects were not immediately available.

The women are believed to be traveling in a gray Nissan Murano with Texas plates.
