A Kansas family has become internet celebrities thanks to a lemur that crawled inside their baby's car seat.
According a post on Reddit, Angie Widener brought her 9-month-old daughter, Finley, to Tanganyika Wildlife Park in her car seat since strollers aren't permitted in the zoo.
Widener sat the car seat down for a quick break when a stranger approached her saying, "ma'am, there's a lemur on your baby."
According to the website for the Goddard, KS, wildlife park, visitors may find themselves face-to-face with a kangaroo, have a giraffe eating out of their hand, or look up to a ring-tailed lemur on their shoulder.
For Widener, a lemur had made itself at home on top of Finley's head, who wasn't even awaken by her new seatmate.
Widener said she was shocked at first, but when a zookeeper told her the baby was safe, she took advantage of the photo op.
The pictures later went viral, making it on Reddit and The Huffington Post.
