LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) - Longview Judge Arthur Fort says that two women were killed in Sunday morning's shooting in Longview.

According to officials, 38-year-old Chanda Martin was killed inside the home on the 300 block of Thelma Street in Longview. As 35-year-old Kimberly Rayson drove up to the home, she saw the shooter, suspect Isaiah Christopher Roberts, and Roberts allegedly shot and killed her as she was getting out of her vehicle. A third victim was transported to a local hospital.

After the shootings, Roberts fled, causing a high speed chase. Multiple law enforcement agencies were involved in the pursuit.

Roberts headed south on Highway 271 entering Smith County and Tyler city limits. He was traveling around 100 mph. Police say officers attempted to deploy spike strips in two different areas, but were unable to stop Roberts. As Roberts approached the intersection of Palace and Gentry, it caused a major accident involving four vehicles.

Roberts stopped his vehicle at the intersection of  Glenwood and Hill and was taken into custody by Longview police officers. Two guns were found in the vehicle.

Tyler police say no serious injuries resulted from the accident.
