Good afternoon!

We hope your day is going well; here are some stories for you to peruse today:

1. The FBI is now involved in the search for missing Kilgore woman, Christina Rae Davidson. Her family says her case has moved from a missing person case to an abduction/possible homicide investigation.

2. Need a job? Tuscan Slice, a wood-fired Italian restaurant which will open in July in Tyler, invites highly-motivated individuals with full-service restaurant experience to apply for more than 100 open positions at a job fair June 9 through 13 at the restaurant’s location, 1723 NW Southwest Loop 323, near Brookshire’s warehouse and Home Depot. (This is the old Carino's Italian Restaurant location)

3. You may recognize the sign pictured here from a farm stand on Hwy 69 north, between Minoela and Lindale. Even Jeff Foxworthy noticed it recently, and shared it on Facebook! We spoke with the farmer behind the stand recently, and you can read what he had to say about his business here.

4. One inmate is dead and several others are among six people hurt in a Central Texas collision between a car and a van hauling prisoners. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice on Tuesday identified the female inmate who died as 53-year-old Cellarage Mathews. She was serving less than a year for a conviction out of Angelina County.

5. Mount Pleasant police are investigating a 911 call placed around 1 p.m. on Tuesday, where a caller said they had just murdered two people.
According to police, the caller repeated the statement that they murdered two people, before hanging up. Officials contacted Verizon Wireless, which was able to ping the cell phone, and picked up a frequency close to the north end of Mount Pleasant. Police are searching the area for additional information.

6.The Smith County Sheriff's Office needs the public’s help locating a Lindale man who allegedly tried to strangle his wife. Dennis Lynch, 45, is wanted for aggravated assault. A warrant was issued in April after Lynch was accused of attempting to strangle his common-law wife.

7. Brad Paisley used social media to turn the tables on the infamous Westboro Baptist Church, posting a selfie with the Kansas-based group that was picketing outside his show this past weekend. Paisley, who was playing Sunday night at the Cricket Wireless Amphitheater in Boner Springs, shot photos and video earlier that day. You can see the picture here.

The group previously picketed there prior to a Vince Gill concert; Gill said, "I just came to see what hate looks like."
