Police: E. Texas man arrested for attempting to cut off teen's finger over debt

WHITE OAK, TX (KLTV) -

An East Texas man is jailed on assault charges after allegedly cutting a teens little finger off over a debt.

White Oak police arrested 18-year-old Aaron Fisher for an incident that took place at a residence on north White Oak road. Investigators say Fisher attacked a 16-year-old male over an alleged drug debt, and attempted to cut off the victims little finger.

The teen was treated at a hospital and released.

Fisher was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, and was released on $20,000 bond.
