WOOD COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - A man who police said admitted raping a 12-year-old girl on the playground of an East Texas school in April has been arrested again.

Joshua Michael Tutor, 20, was arrested on May 12 and charged with solicitation to commit sexual assault on a child. Tutor, a Yantis resident, is being held in the Wood County Jail on a $100,000 bond.

Previously, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by KLTV, Tutor had sex with a 12-year-old female around March 14.On April 3, a deputy was sent to Yantis Independent School District to investigate a reported sexual assault. The victim and two of her friends were interviewed during the investigation. The victim told her friends that she had sexual relations with Tutor on the Yantis school playground.

Investigators also spoke with the victim's mother who said she had only recently learned of the allegations. She showed police a string of text messages between herself and Tutor.

The affidavit says on April 4, the victim told her mother that she and Tutor had sex on the school playground. The victim told her mother Tutor pressured her into having sex. Later that day, Tutor freely came to the Wood County Sheriff's Office, asking to speak with an investigator. He admitted that he and the victim had sex on a playground at Yantis ISD.

Tutor told investigators that he had sex with the victim. Investigators say he admitted that he knew she was underage and knew it was wrong.

Tutor was taken into custody on April 4 and released April 10 on a $25,000 bond.
