TRINITY COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

A man accused of threatening to blow up an East Texas courthouse is in jail.

52-year-old Kenneth Dale Goff was arrested Saturday in Bossier City, Louisiana. Trinity County Sheriff's Office says Goff called them last week and threatened to blow up the jail and courthouse. He was originally wanted for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and credit card abuse, until he made the threat to the courthouse.

Officers say Goff also told them that he killed several people and would kill more in the future.

Goff checked into a Bossier City hospital last night and was arrested outside of the hospital Saturday morning. He will be transported back to Trinity County to face his charges.
