President Bush And Prime Minister Tony Blair Meet At The White House

This morning, President Bush and Prime Minister Tony Blair held a joint press conference at the White House in Washington, D.C.

This is the second day the two have met to has out international issues such as the war in Iraq and terrorism. The President warned this morning that desperate militants may boost violence as democracy nears in Iraq. He says with help from Britain and other nations, the U.S. is determined to succeed.

Prime Minister Tony Blair said the U.S. and the United Kingdom have stood together since 9/11 in order to successfully fight this new global threat of terror. The Prime Minister said it's important to complete our mission in Iraq and make sure it's a stable and democratic country.

The two also spoke of the opportunity to bring peace to Israel and the Palestinians. Both President Bush and Prime Minister Blair said the two must be separate states and must be democratic.
