Smith County sheriff looking for theft suspect

SMITH COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - The Smith County Sheriff's Office needs help locating a theft suspect.

Troy Tullis Swinney, 41, is wanted for theft and abuse of a credit card in the Flint/Gresham area. He goes by the nick-name"Tully." His accomplice has not yet been identified.
