The Tyler Fire Department said crews responded to a two-alarm structure fire Sunday around 11:18 p.m. at 707 Forest Avenue. The person who reported the blaze told dispatchers that fire could be seen coming from the home.

Investigators said the fire started in a bedroom. The home received extensive fire, heat and smoke damage. Investigators are still working to determine what started the blaze.
