Perjury Charge in KFC Murders

An indictment in the 21 year old Kentucky Fried Chicken murder case isn't for the multiple kidnappings and murders-- but a charge of lying to the grand jury.

An inmate in state prison, Darnell Hartsfield, told the court he wasn't in the Kilgore restaurant the night five people were kidnapped and eventually murdered. However, the grand jury says they have proof that's not true. Hartsfield now faces one count of aggravated perjury.
