LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) -
Cowboy fans in East Texas got a special treat on Saturday as former greats such as Michael Irvin and Charles Haley, along with current players including Morris Claiborne, Dwayne Harris, and Barry Church were in Longview.
The cowboys were at Lobo Coliseum for 'Ballin with the Boys', a charity basketball game between the Cowboys and Longview fire department.
Before the game, fans were able to get autographs and take pictures. As media, we got our chance to ask some burning questions. The biggest one right now is will quarterback Tony Romo really be okay and be ready to go after coming off a second back surgery? Owner Jerry Jones has downplayed concern over his franchise quarterback, but Irvin says there is reason to speculate.
Its impossible to say you are not worried about it, you are always worried about," Irvin said. "You are worried about it because so much of his game is movement and you want him to be able to move so hopefully I think he will be okay."
