Intoxication Manslaughter Trial Underway

The trial of a man accused of killing another driver in a drunk driving crash is underway in Tyler.

Twenty-nine year old Anthony Shane Jackson is charged with intoxication manslaughter and evidence is being presented in Judge Cynthia Kent's court.

Prosecutors say Jackson was drunk when he struck another car in Tyler in December 2001.

Nineteen-year old Robert Lee Mills, III was killed.

Jackson faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted on the charge.
