Blood drive held for E. Texas law officer undergoing lung transplant
A blood drive will be held next week for an East Texas law enforcement officer undergoing a lung transplant.
On Wednesday, May 7, a blood drive will be held at the Rusk County Sheriff's Office in honor of Lieutenant David Marshall. The drive will take place from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Carter BloodCare bus in the sheriff's office parking lot.
Donors are encouraged to eat before giving blood and to bring some form of identification.

The Rusk County Sheriff's Office is located at 210 W. Charlevoix Street in Henderson.
