TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Ercee Wynn, 21 of Tyler, was sentenced to ten years in a Texas Department of Criminal Justice prison on Tuesday morning.

Charged with fifteen counts of possession of child pornography, Wynn waived a trial and entered a guilty plea. All but one of the possession of child pornography charges were dropped during this plea.

As a third degree felony, possible sentencing ranged from two to ten years in prison, with a fine up to $10,000. The state suggested the maximum sentence of ten years.

Agreeing with the state, the judge sentenced Wynn to ten years in prison, with no fine assessed.

Wynn, who was represented by Brett Harrison and Buck Files, waived his right to appeal.
