TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Tyler police are still looking for a suspect involved in a late-night convenience store robbery.

Police said it happened around 8:50 p.m. on Sunday at the Food Fast convenience store at 4725 Troup Highway in Tyler. When officers arrived at the scene, a clerk told them an unknown black male robbed the store at gun point. The clerk said the man took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the store on foot.  The clerk was not hurt and no one else was in the store at the time of the robbery.

After a short search around the area, police were unable to locate the suspect. He's described as wearing all black, using a Halloween mask to conceal his identity. Police say the suspect was wearing powder blue shoes.

Police told us the case will be given to the Major Crimes Unit for further investigation. Anyone with any information about this crime is asked to contact the Tyler Police Department.
