Man in custody years after wife's death

An East Texas man authorities say told them he was too drunk to remember if he beat his wife so severely she later died is in custody, facing charges, years after his wife's death.  An inconclusive autopsy result meant prosecutors didn't have enough to go on for a case but, years later, Kelly Gage is in jail.  We have the story of the type of case prosecutors are building now and what's next for Gage.
