Around 3 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to a Dyersdale Energy lease off Highway 42 in Kilgore. Authorities say unidentified suspects intentionally dumped 200 barrels of crude oil on the ground from a holding tank located on the lease.

The cost of the crude oil is in excess of $20,000. The cost to clean-up the site will likely exceed $50,000.
