TEXARKANA, TX (KSLA) -

A candidate in the primary run-off for the Texas U.S. Senate race is using some controversial campaign tactics to get her point across.

Campaign signs showing President Barack Obama with a mustache similar to that of Adolf Hitler were spotted near a Texarkana Post Office Monday.

Kesha Rogers, D-Houston, is a candidate who says one of her many campaign points is to impeach the president.

"I want to give people the real story," she said, adding that the Affordable Health Care Act is one of the reasons she compares the president to Adolf Hitler.

"Putting price tags and death sentences on human life," she said of the act.

"What he is doing with his health care plan would have been condemned as a Nuremberg crime after World War II," said Rogers supporter Tony Esposito.

Esposito is campaigning for Rogers in the Texarkana area.

"She has the truth on her side," he said.

Some people say comparing the President to Adolf Hitler is drastic.

"It doesn't matter what he does, they are going to attack him," said Faith Weiss.

The primary run-off will be on May 27, and the winner will go into the general election against Republican incumbent Sen. John Cornyn.
