NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Nacogdoches Police officers arrested a 23-year-old man after he allegedly put a gun to woman's head and told her that he was going to kill her Sunday evening.

Marlon Andre Green, of Nacogdoches, is still being held in the Nacogdoches County Jail on a second-degree felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a third-degree felony charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, and five Class C misdemeanor charges. His bail has been set at $40,000 for the two felony charges.

According to the police report, NPD officers responded to the residence in the 1000 block of Oakhill Plaza Drive at approximately 6:11 p.m. When they arrived on the scene, Green allegedly told the officers that he got into a disturbance with the victim, pulled a handgun, and pointed it at the woman's head.

Green allegedly told the woman he was going to kill her and that he didn't care about the police or the possibility of going to prison, the arrest affidavit stated.

Fearing for her life, the woman jumped out a second-story window. She received injuries as a result.

According to the affidavit, Green then walked outside and pointed the gun at two other people.
