DENTON, TX (KLTV) - Police in Denton say a 10-year-old boy, last seen with a babysitter, was found safe.

WFAA in Dallas is reporting
that Jake Davis was found when Denton County sheriff's deputies stopped the babysitter in Bolivar. Jake was a passenger in the vehicle and will be returned to his family.

Police say Jake's mother and boyfriend went out and left Jake friends of theirs. While there, Brandi Diane Williams, 20, said she was going to the store and Jake offered to go with her.

Police said the woman, who has a history of drug abuse, never returned.
