FRANKLIN COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -
A Gregg County constable was arrested in Franklin County Wednesday evening.
According to Franklin County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Chris Mars, Gregg County Precinct 3 Constable Mike Baggett was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated. This is his first DWI arrest.
Baggett was arraigned Thursday morning for driving while intoxicated with an open container. He remains in the Franklin County Jail on $2,500 bond.
Details of Baggett's arrest are limited at this time.
