KILGORE, TX (KLTV) - An East Texas man attempting to evade arrest led authorities to a home where 25 grams of methamphetamine was located.

The Kilgore Police Department said 26-year-old Dustin Rhan Lay of Kilgore tried to evade officers before he was located Tuesday at a residence at 502 Higginbotham Road. Kilgore PD's STAR team was assigned to the residence to locate Lay.

Lay was located in a back bedroom and taken into custody. He was found in possession of 0.5 grams of methamphetamine. A search of the residence revealed 24.5 grams of methamphetamine and led to the arrest of two additional individuals.

Kristan Noelke, 25, and Brandi Nicole Foster, 19, were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Lay is charged with evading arrest with a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.
