Funeral is Saturday in Nash, Texas, for a Hooks woman who died in a mobile home fire last weekend.

Bonnie Marie Springer, 51, died Sat., March 15, after her home caught fire. Her husband, Robert Springer, escaped, but suffered serious burns after rescuing the two children, who were also in the home.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Nash, with Rick Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens, Chapelwood Funeral Home, directing.

The family suggests memorials be made to any Wells Fargo Bank location in care of the Robert Springer Fund. Bonnie and Robert had six children together and 10 grand children. They were married nearly 33 years.
