The Clifton Cultural Arts Center unveils Thursday evening its Great Hall that underwent $1.25 million in renovations.

The event is 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Leslie Mooney, the center's executive director and Mark McKillip, vice president of the center's board, will appear on Thursday's FOX19 Morning News.

The hall will be used for lectures, receptions, art fairs, dances and large events. It is the old gym of Clifton School built in 1906. The building is an art piece itself -- Beaux Arts in style featuring Rookwood fountains.

The center is located at 3711 Clifton Ave.
