Mesquite Smoked Corned Beef Ruben Sandwich
1 pound Mesquite smoked corned beef
2 to 3 seeded rye hoagies
4 to 6 slices Swiss cheese
3 oz. Remoulade sauce
5 oz. Sauerkraut
Recipe makes 2 to 3 sandwiches.
We produce our own unique Corned Beef Brisket and slow smoke it with Mesquite rather than boiling or baking. It takes 7 to 10 days to cure the brisket to achieve the eclectic flavors of our Corned Beef. Naturally, when you think of Corned Beef, the first thing that pops into mind is a Ruben Sandwich. Our twist on the Corned Beef Ruben Sandwich has been very well received and makes for a beautiful presentation.
