Good afternoon! How's your day going on this fine Thursday?

Here are some stories for you to check out today:

1. Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, Jacksonville Police Department, the FBI and Rusk Police Department apprehended four of seven individuals, indicted on drug charges. A search of  two different residences yielded over 100 grams of meth, numerous firearms, narcotics paraphernalia, and cash. Click here for more details and mug shots.

2. The results are in for the Great Texas Warrant Round Up and Smith County topped $90,000 in reclaimed court fines and fees, closing out 273 outstanding cases during the two-week campaign.Smith County joined forces with more than 300 other jurisdictions across Texas to participate in the largest joint warrant round up in the state. Anyone who owed a court fine or fee in one of the participating districts had until March 1 to pay before officers were dispatched to find and arrest them.

3. Graco Children's Products has added more than 403,000 child seats to last month's recall of 3.8 million to replace faulty harness buckles.But the added seats won't end a dispute with the U.S. government's road safety watchdog. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration still wants Graco to add 1.8 million infant seats to the recall because they have the same buckles.

4. You may remember the story of the Holmes county man who woke up in a body bag at a funeral home; today we've received confirmation that 78-year-old Walter Williams has died. Porter and Sons' Funeral Home has confirmed that Mr. Williams died on Thursday morning.

5. A purse-snatching incident turned into a police chase Wednesday afternoon.
Police say 25-year-old Antajun Jamal Guinn stole a purse from a woman near the Kilgore College campus in Longview, then tried to take her phone as she attempted to call 911. More here.

6. The South by Southwest festival will continue with daytime events after a suspected drunken driver killed two and inured 23 when he drove his car down a one-way street as people spilled out of concert venue just after midnight Thursday. The festival is still working out how the evening events will proceed.

7. What's going on in East Texas this weekend? March 13-16: There's more live music, art and drama than you can shake a stick at in East Texas this weekend, including JB and the Moonshine Band, and art featuring good old Willie Nelson. Check out our list here.
