RUSK COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

The Rusk County Sheriff's Office assisted the FBI in arresting four people for selling meth to East Texans.

Terry Nathan Tidwell, Ysidro Yanez, Christopher Michael White, and Angela Mohr Denison were taken into custody early Thursday morning.

They each face several counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

They were arraigned Thursday at the Federal Courthouse in Tyler. Each of the four suspects pleaded not guilty to their charges.

The interesting part of this case is the arrest of Yanez and Tidwell. Both men were out on bond after being arrested during the last major drug bust in Rusk County.

That bust happened in November and landed five East Texans in the Rusk County Jail.

55-year-old Yanez was charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Tidwell was also charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

Records show Tidwell has a long criminal history. You might remember his name and mug shot from a murder case back in 2007.

Tidwell was charged in the accidental shooting death of a Longview woman named Jamie Lynn Wooten. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years in prison.

Now, Tidwell and Yanez are being held in the Gregg County Jail along with Christoper Michael White and Angela Mohr Denison.

Each suspect could face up to 20 years in prison with a $1,000,000 fine. Their trials are set to start in May.
