Tyler man killed in demolition accident near Lubbock

TERRY COUNTY, TX (KLTV) - A Tyler man was killed in an industrial accident near Lubbock Thursday afternoon.

According to KCBD, 43-year-old James Croft was employed by K&L Auto Crushers based out of Tyler. Croft was working at a demolition sight just outside of Lubbock in Terry County.

Croft was attempting to take down a structure when a silo tank fell on top of him.

Terry County authorities are looking into his death. K&L Auto Crushers said they cannot comment at this time.
