3) Environment (bright lights and noise before or during bedtime. Ex.. going to bed with the TV on)

4) Poor Sleep Habits/Hygiene (don't get enough sleep, sleep and wake times vary day to day)

5) Undiagnosed Sleep Disorders (excessive daytime sleepiness, loud snoring, gasping while sleeping, etc.)
