Need a spring break option? Zoo offers camp for children

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Spring break is around the corner and the Cincinnati Zoo has a fun and educational option for parents.

The zoo has its own "zoo camp." 

Full-day camps include a camp T-shirt, snacks (campers pack lunch), giraffe feeding, lorikeet feeding, animal shows, train rides, a 4-D theater experience (except for children ages 4 and 5), live animal encounters, games, hikes and other fun activities.

All sessions are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Cost: Members: $215, non-members: $230

Before care session: 8-9 a.m.: $35

After care session: 4-5:30 p.m. : $40
