The dashboards cover employee participation, engagement, presence and sales impact. An overall Collaboration Score for the organization summarizes these metrics. Each dashboard reflects a level of collaboration maturity, based on the organizations Chatter data. At the highest level of maturity, organizations will realize a return on investment that is reflected in the sales dashboard.
Existing Indicee Analytics customers can start using the dashboards today. Indicee Analytics is immediately available for installation and trial from the AppExchange.
