It was a fun afternoon for Charles and I as we went head to head on the bowling lanes. This 15 year old is in the 9th grade and is doing well in school.
As for his favorite subjects, "let's say cooking, math and science," Charles said.
He especially likes to study about the planets. Jupiter is his favorite. And when he grows up he wants to serve our country by joining the army. Charles is a big music fan, enjoys outdoor activities, drawing, video games and also enjoys going on outings.
"Bowling, the movies, I like watching 3-d scary movies," Charles said.
Charles enjoys being active but also enjoys having some quiet time to himself every now and then. When it comes to his forever family, charles wants to find a home that he can call his own and soon.
"Really, it would mean a lot because I don't feel being this facility for like 5 more years," Charles said.
Charles looks forward to lots of family outings and spending time together.
"Go on road trips, go camping, hiking," Charles said.
He also hopes his family likes to travel. Charles has several states he'd like to see first hand.
"Hawaii, Mississippi I'd like to check out, oh and California," Charles said.
Charles would benefit from a loving, caring and patient family. This teenager has lots of love to give to a family and wants to feel accepted and loved. He hopes to find a family to show him the Gift of Love.
