BELLINGHAM, WA (KLTV) -

Court records show an East Texas man, accused of moving to Washington state to evade a murder warrant, is volunteering to come back to East Texas to face his charges.

59-year-old Bill Michael Dupree is accused of killing Paul Marshal of Van Zandt County back in 2009. Dupree then moved to Bellingham, Washington where he was later arrested.

Dupree signed paperwork this week saying he would return to Van Zandt County by the end of this month to face his murder charge.
