Two individuals questioned in Walmart robbery not facing charges

Posted: Updated:
LINDALE, TX (KLTV) - Two individuals wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery at Walmart in Lindale on January 13 have been located by police and have not been charged at this time.

On Friday, the Lindale Police Department announced that Whitehouse police located Henry Ray "Ray Ray" Marshall earlier this week and were able to speak with him. Kelly Ann Edwards was located by Smith County Constable John Smith's office. Neither of these individuals will face charges at this time.

The investigation into the robbery is ongoing.

On January 15, two days after a Lindale Walmart associate was robbed at gunpoint, police identified three possible suspects in the case. Surveillance footage showed two males and one female entering the store around 5:30 a.m. the morning of the robbery. A felony arrest warrant for aggravated robbery was issued for 34-year-old Adam Heath Bowers. Bowers was apprehended after a manhunt involving multiple Smith County agencies.
